Research shows Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a treatment that combines ancient Chinese acupressure with modern psychology. This technique can reduce levels of cortisol (a stress hormone) in the body and counteract the negative effects of stress.

5. Point under the nose, but not the one in the middle but on the side.
6. Point in the middle of the chin which is right under the lip.
7. Point under the arm which are common bra line.
8. The point that is above the head and lies in the middle.
