1. Exercise 30 minutes every day

In a study of thousands of healthy people for 26 years, those who had the highest physical activity in middle age, most remained healthy with no chronic diseases in old age. The incidence of heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and diseases of the "typical" elderly were also reduced.

Spend 30 minutes a day for physical activity most favored, whether cycling, jogging, yoga, or a walk. If you are "window shopping" included in sports, take a pedometer and make sure you walk 10,000 steps every day.

2. Cleaning teeth

About 8 out of 10 people do not use dental floss (floss) after brushing your teeth. That means about 40 percent of the parts you do not clean your teeth. Do not underestimate dental hygiene as brushing teeth and wearing absent dental floss can lead to periodontitis, an infection that can cause heart problems.

3. Increase vegetable and fruit

A diet rich in fiber such as fruits, vegetables, and nuts, may reduce the genetic risk of heart disease. Begin to limit the consumption of red meat and multiply sources of omega-3 fatty acids. Do not forget the calcium as well in addition to the bones, calcium also increases thus slowing down the process of burning fat fatty.
