Exercise 30 Minutes Per Day Effective Lose Weight

Rosenkile asked 60 respondents who are overweight exercising for three months. Half of the respondents were asked to exercise for 1 hour per day. The second group only exercise 30 minutes per day. Both groups were monitored his heart rate and calories calculated.

"Working for a full hour not half did not produce more fat depreciation," he said.

Rosenkilde not know why it no longer exercise to lose weight significantly. He suspects, while resting their exercise an hour a day will consume more food. Understandably, the energy is wasted because the sport is also not small.
